Let's think

What a wonderful country we have. No we have the BEST country. And I am proud to live in it. But I have a few thoughts that I have been thinking. WE have a new president of the United States. President Obama. And he is my president. That is all I care about. I don't care that he is black. When people talk about how this country is moving in the right direction by voting for a black president..you have to ask yourself.. voting for a president only based on the color of his skin..isn't that taking a step backwards. I don't care what color of skin my president has. all I care about is he keeps us free and safe. So My point is this. Lets think for ourselves. Someone should not get a free pass based solely on the color of their skin. Do I want the president to succeed...IF his decisions and polices lead us in the same direction as the founders of this great country set up. But if he leads toward the scariest of places such as socialism..then no I want him to fail. Because as we all know socialism will fail. SO I guess let the games begin. So far I am very disappointed with the over seas abortion bill he just signed. But I have given President Obama a fair and clean slate. So President Lets get to work on making government smaller, our country safer and Let FREEDOM RING!

I have a problem.

i started thinking about this last night. i have lost or broken 4 digital camera's in the last 5 years. that is almost 1 camera per year. what is wrong with this girl!! cell phones are not doing much better these days. so once again i am down and out in the camera department. i told ezra that maybe i do need one of those great big nice cameras..(the ones that most you have) because then i would never lose it..sounds pretty good to me. and of course he was like."hayley why would i buy you anything nice that you could lose or break". and ya know what. secretly i don't blame him. i have a problem. i actually think it stems from my dad. he probably goes through 10 cell phones, 15 pairs of glasses, and i would give or take 25 pocket knife's all in years time...don't believe me. go digging in my patents drive way and i bet you would find a whole collection of tools buried out there.

so i guess my whole point is that i need to find a cure for this ridiculous carelessness. and also pray that ezra will let me have another camera..or this blog is going to get a little on the boring side with no photos of my adorable children.

SNOW.

Let's go! Its SNOW time!
Grandma pulling the girls. he just loves that thing!

Mom a little too cold! (I think she may actually be frozen in this picture.)

I dreaming of a white Christmas...oh yea I got one! haha! don't hate me. I just can't get enough of the snow.

Santa came!

Oh Christmas day! Santa is so clever...how does he pull it off!

Grandma Christian got brookie this. She LOVES it.

Why do we buy our children games. Every year I ask myself that question. There is always one problem. You are needed to play the game! Call me selfish but I don't think I can play one more round of hungry hippo

We had a great christmas. BUt the best part was the SNOW. I just loved it this year. And guess what...we still have it! Crazy for us here in washington. Hope you all had a wonderful christmas too. SO with that being said...BRING on the NEW YEAR!!!

new name.

Yes I know i have been biting the dust on the blogging. But recently Ezra saw my blog the other day, (I guess he never knew the name of our blog:"L is for little ladies) and he said. hayley, "I'm not a little lady. Your right ezra, you are not a little lady and we need to change this problem right away". So I did and the secret is out. We're going nuts and don't have a clue what we are doing. But don't worry because unlike many other's I will for sure fill you in on our mostly ineffective desperate try at being the parents we were made to be.
